A Twitter trend visualization system: TWtrends
SNSが日常的に使われるようになって10年以上経ちました。SNSへの投稿内容は既に、社会の出来事を写す鏡となっています。TWtrends（ツイトレ）は、Twitterで話題になっているトレンドのキーワードを収集し、トレンドに関するツイートの構成や各トレンドの関連性を、共起ネットワーク・グラフやトピック・マップという図で可視化するものです。現在は、話題構造の分類や他のメディアとの関連性に関する研究を、TWtrendsを用いて進めています。
It has been more than 10 years since social networking services have become a part of our daily lives, and what we post on SNS has already become a reflection of what is happening in society. TWtrends collects keywords trending on Twitter and visualizes the composition of tweets about the trends and the relevance of each trend in diagrams called co-occurrence network graphs and topic maps. Currently, we are using TWtrends to classify the topic structure and to study the relationships with other media.

ポスターや広告イメージなどから抱く直感的な感情を評価
感性評価システム：imaemoan

映画のポスターや広告のイメージなどを見たときに、消費者はいったいどのような感情を抱くでしょうか。我々が開発した感性評価システムimaemoanは、あらかじめ登録しておいた多数の評価対象をランダムに提示し、それらに対して感情価（valence）と覚醒度(arousal）という指標を用いた判断を求めます。結果は二次元上のデータとして示され、全体の傾向や特定の対象に対する評価を検討する材料にできます。
What kinds of feelings do consumers experience when they see a movie poster or an image in an advertisement? Our sensibility evaluation system, Imaemoan, presents at random a large number of evaluation targets that have been registered in advance, and asks consumers to make judgments about them using indices of valence and arousal. The results are presented as two-dimensional data, and can be used as material for examining the overall trends or evaluating a specific target.

Intercultural exchange education support system: Dialogbook
日本の学校と海外の学校をオンライン会議システムで結び、異文化間交流を体験させるプロジェクトを実施しています。このプロジェクトにおいて学習記録を登録し、活動を支援するためのシステムDialogbookを開発しました。現在はオンライン交流した状況を分析し、学習効果の測定や円滑なコミュニケーションを行うための指導に必要な要素を分析するためのシステム開発などを進めています。
We are implementing a project to connect schools in Japan and schools in other countries through an online conference system so that students can experience cross-cultural exchange. In this project, we have developed Dialogbook, a system for registering learning records and supporting activities. Currently, we are developing a novel system to analyze the situation of online communications and analyze the elements necessary for measuring learning effects and instructions for smooth communications.
